FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 13 (LeamingtonWarwick turn off). Turn right over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington,follow the winding road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington A452. FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow straight road to the roundabout, take the second exit towards Leamington A452. Next you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the 'BMW' showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with 'Frankie and Benny's' on your right. Take the first exit, then taking the middle lane continue over this roundabout to take the second exit, so that the Ford Factory is on your right, and Blockbusters is to your left. Under the arched railway bridge, take the second exit and follow the road round until you reach a mini roundabout. Take a left on to ADELAIDE ROAD and we are on your left hand side fifty yards up.
