FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND: Leave the M40 at Juntion 13 (LeamingtonWarwick). Turn right passing over the motorway and follow the signs for A452 Leamington. Continue to 1st roundabout. Take 3rd exit towards Leamington A452 and follow directions below.FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND:Leave the M40 at Junction 14 (Leamington). Follow the signs for A452 Leamington. Proceed until large roundabout and take 2nd exit towards Leamington A452.BOTH DIRECTIONS FOLLOW FROM HERE:At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit to Leamington. You will pass a BMW Garage on your right. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit. Proceed over the next roundabout, passing a Ford factory on your right. Turn left into Princes Drive. Follow the road to the end, turning right into Warwick New Road. The road will fork, follow the left side of the fork passing the Falstaff Hotel on your right into Warwick Place. Continue on this road which will merge into Warwick Street, you will approach four sets of traffic lights passing The Parade (the centre of Leamington) until you reach the junction of Warwick Street and Clarendon Street. Continue over the junction into Willes Road, drive a further 300 yards. The Best Western Royal Leamington Hotel will appear on your left. Turn left into Upper Holly Walk, the entrance into the Hotel Car Park will be on your immediate right.
